Use checkbox field as conditional logic field

I've been trying to reference a checkbox field to say if it's checked then show the other field. I have tried equals, equal case to true, TRUE but it's not working and nothing happens.

  • The logic on the radio/dropdown/checkbox is based on the item caption. its done as the checkbox can be group of items and each one got a different caption.
