Creating new Salesforce information using FormTitan

I am creating a form that will then push the data entered which then will create new information under a page in Salesforce. I keep getting the error message of MALFORMED_ID:. How do I fix this?

  • This mean that the Salesforce field is expecting a record ID and not a text , for example account id and not account name.
