404 after embeded form is submited

Thank you Benny, I set up the URL redirect On Submit and now I don't get the 404 but still no data is recorded. I sent an email with login credentials to support.

2min of submit will timedout, but perhaps only the thank you URL is wrong, send me the form URL so I can check. the thank you /post submit url/redirect must start with http or https...

Thanks Benny, it is a password protected page. The form displays correctly so I guess it is not a bad URL. In case 2, what could cause the timeout? The form works fine when I submit it from its URL.

404 means few things 1- bad url 2-timeout Can you share your website url ?
