My repeated Section is showing two Sections at a time on load even though I have it set to one

It is also adding a lot of space between the repeated section and a new section. This form was working as it should when I last checked it two weeks ago. This is a new issue that arose even though I did not change any of the settings or the Salesforce connections. Noting was altered internally. Please advise.
