CHECKBOX OPTION WITH ONE BOX CHECK NOT MULTIPLES

I WANT TO ADD CHECKBOX WHERE ONLY ONE CLICK IS POSSIBLE NOT MORE THAN 1 CHECK BY USER. Please need help for that

  • you can goto the element settings, and delete the other items of the checkbox so you will have only 1 to choose from. click on the checkbox element so it will be selected, on right side, see settings,
