      Hello, I assume your form content is bigger than your actual form size so it will overlap, you can try to increase the size/spaces or you can use our PS team for this purpose.
  • I embed the form on a website page and I keep getting a 404 Page Not Found error and no form appears.

      Your mistake is unknow as your code is good but its not the same one you are using on your site, for this we will need to identify the source of the problem in your actual site.

      404 means, wrong URL, goto publish and verify you got the right version.
